The Wedding Quilt was made for my son, Cary and his wife, Stephanie. Married in August, so I'm just a wee bit late! Appraisal listed at $3000.00, Wow! (The value of quilts always amazes me, although it really shouldn't considering I know the time and work that goes into them!) So enjoy the pictures, as always I post way too many! :)
Original design, appliqued on the longarm. Cotton and Silk. Hobbs 80/20 batting. Hand guided free motion quilted. Superior threads, Magnifico, Art Studio and So Fine50.
Amazingly beautiful and marvelous! WOW!

DeleteWhat a beautiful quilt and story. I love it when a quilt has meaning behind it (you know I do). Love the quilting and I saw a small peek of the names and dates. Great job, I'm sure they will love it for a long time.
