A client wanted me to "quilt" her tshirt quilt. When we met I realized she wanted me to construct it. She was elderly and really wanted to have this made for her son, as it recognizes his career. She also had a fleece blanket that she wanted to use as the backing. I had my doubts but it turned out very nicely. I did not need to use a batting as the fleece was thick. When I completed it she gave me 4 beautiful doilies she had made. Then her son called me to say thank you for the wonderful quilt. AWWWW!
